The Arkansas Valley Fair will be celebrating our 131st annual event August 13-17, 2008 and we invite you to participate. Pat Walters will oversee the Exposition Building 

 

Location:  The Exposition Building at the Rocky Ford Fairgrounds 

                  800 North 9^th Street, Rocky Ford, CO 81067 

 

Set-up Times:  Tuesday, August 12th  from noon to 5:00 p.m.  

                           Opening Day 6:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 13, 2008 

 

Open to the public:  Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., 

                                     Friday: noon  to 10:00 p.m., and Sunday 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. 

 

Space and Fee Information: 

The fee for a 10 x 10 booth space inside the Exposition Building is $100.00 for the first booth space.  Additional space may be purchased at the cost of $75.00 per booth space. 

SPACES WILL BE ASSIGNED ON THE BASIS OF DATE OF RECEIPT WITH FULL PAYMENT. 

 

Booth fee will not be refunded until the space can be filled. 

 

City of Rocky Ford will collect sales tax in the amount of 7% on all applicable sales. 

 

Please include your sales tax license number. 

 

People with exhibits will be required to furnish all items needed.  For example: cords, tables, chairs, etc.
